All sales are final. Returns are accepted if an item has been damaged in transit or if there is a manufacturer's defect.
WARRANTIES AND REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund, you must first email us at email@example.com within two days of receiving the item to alert us of the damage or defect. We will provide further instructions on how to send the item back.
Upon receipt of the damaged or defective item we will inspect and verify the damage or defects. We will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then we will ship out a replacement of the same exact item, in the same size, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will process a refund for the full purchase price of your item, to your original method of payment.
Our warranty is valid only at Liz Santos Style.
Improper repair of warranty service performed by someone other than Liz Santos Style will void this warranty.
Liz Santos Style disclaims any liability for consequential or accidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this item, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation will not apply to you.
Our warranty is valid only in the USA. Please be aware that our two-day warranty only covers manufacturer’s defects. It does not cover the following:
• General wear and tear.
• Worn or washed items are not covered.
• Water damage is not covered.
• Damage due to personal misuse or negligence is not covered.
• Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the item while in the possession of the consumer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
