Warranties and Refunds

If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipment or contains a manufacturer's defect, we are here to assist you. To initiate a return, kindly email us at support@lizsantosstyle.com within seven days of receiving the damaged item. This notification period allows us to address your concerns promptly and guide you through the return process.

Once we receive the damaged or defective item, we will conduct a thorough inspection to verify the reported issues. You will be promptly notified via email upon the receipt of your returned item. Subsequently, we will communicate the approval or rejection of your refund request. Should your refund be approved, we are committed to your satisfaction:

  • If the same exact item and size are available, we will ship a replacement to you.
  • If a replacement is not available, we will initiate a refund for the full purchase price, crediting your original method of payment.

Please bear in mind that our warranty policy exclusively applies to items purchased from Liz Santos Style. Unauthorized attempts at repair may void this warranty. Furthermore, Liz Santos Style cannot be held responsible for consequential or accidental damages resulting from a breach of the written or implied warranty, encompassing matters such as merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose. Some states may restrict the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, which might affect the applicability of the above limitation.

Our seven-day warranty solely covers manufacturer's defects and is valid within the USA. Specifically, this warranty only applies to items damaged during the shipment process. Please be aware that our warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear.
  • Items that have been worn or washed.
  • Water damage.
  • Damage resulting from personal misuse or negligence.
  • Accidental or other damage incurred while the item was in your possession, not stemming from a defect in material or workmanship.
