  1. Sales Final: In general, our sales are considered final. However, we're here to assist you when unforeseen situations arise, including returns for damaged items or manufacturer's defects.

  2. Returns for Damaged or Defective Items: We accept returns for items that are damaged upon receipt, or if they contain manufacturer's defects. You've come to the right place if you've received a damaged or defective item.

Please Note: To be eligible for a return, you must initiate the process within seven days from receiving your order.

Return Requirements

  1. Item Condition: The item should be in unworn (for jewelry) or unused (for handbags) and impeccable condition.

  2. Original Packaging: Items must be in the original packaging.

Return Request Form

To begin the return process, please fill out the Return Request Form located at the end of these instructions. Once you've submitted the form, we will respond with instructions on where to ship your item. Please wait for our response before sending back the product. We typically respond within 24 to 48 hours.

Return Shipping

You'll be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. To ensure the safe return of your item, we strongly recommend insuring your shipment. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost or damaged during the return journey.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive the item, we'll conduct a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our return criteria. After that, we'll get in touch with you to confirm whether your refund or exchange request can be approved. If it is, here's what we can do:

  1. Replacement: If we have a suitable replacement item in stock, we'll send it your way.

  2. Refund: In case we don't have a replacement or if you prefer a refund, we will refund you the full purchase price, crediting your original payment method.

Warranty Policy

Please note that our warranty policy exclusively applies to items purchased from Liz Santos Style. It specifically covers manufacturer's defects or damages that occurred during the shipping process. Here's what's not covered:

  • Regular wear and tear.
  • Items that have been worn (for jewelry) or used (for handbags).
  • Water damage.
  • Damage resulting from personal misuse or negligence.
  • Accidental damage that occurred while the item was in your care, unrelated to a defect in material or workmanship.
